Contest Rules, Terms & Conditions:
- The Expedition will take place beginning November 24, 2017 (the day after Thanksgiving) and run through Thursday, December 21, 2017.
- Completed passports MUST be turned into the Parks & Recreation Department by 4:30 PM on December 21, 2017.
- Participants must locate six elves and have the six stamps on their passports for the passport to be entered. Incomplete passports will not be entered in the drawing to win.
- Elves will be located at various locations and businesses throughout Charlestown. Elf location clues are located on the back side of the passport.
- Each location will have an elf and a stamp. The stamp is to be used on the stamp pad portion of the passport.
- Participants must use the elf passport located below. Only one passport allowed per child in the expedition.
- Passports can be downloaded from using the link below or picked up at the Town Hall. The participating businesses DO NOT have hard copies of the passports.
The winner will be selected at random from all successfully completed passports. The Winner will be notified and announced on the Parks & Recreation Facebook page. The winner will receive a $50 Parks and Recreation certificate that can be used towards Parks & Recreation programs.
